JOB DESCRIPTION
The Professional Services Architect will be based in Mexico City (Mexico) and responsible for the analysis, architecture, and design activities for customer solutions for the professional services organization. This person has primary responsibility for the technical viability and deployability within the customer network.
The Professional Services Architect will work with the sales staff, other delivery personnel, partners, and subcontractors to successfully scope and deliver customer solutions. Key activities performed by the Professional Services Architect will include:
• Technical solution analysis, architecture, and design
• Delivery process definition (Implementation Strategies)
• Migration and Database Conversion planning
• Performance/Optimization Tuning
• Integration/Interoperability Testing
• Implementation Training and Support

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Professional services for our customer’s Session Management (DSR/SSR/HLRR) Solution.
• Provided initial system analysis/architecture/design, implementation strategy design, network integration strategy, system provisioning strategy, capacity analysis, Test Plan creation and other services as specified by the support contract and statement of work (SOW)
• Service delivery activities include supporting on-site and remote implementation of new systems, technical discussions, development of methods of procedure and other documentation as required by the customer.
• Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility with third party products required for “turnkey” Solution implementations
• Create project plans, activity scheduling, and deliverable definition
• Design and Creation of use cases, call flows, policy rules, routing rules, and database query logic/scripts based on customer’s Business and Service Use Cases
• Support Pre-Sales activities such as demonstrations, trials, and Solution scope definition
• Participate in the design, delivery, and administration of a Mentorship program for Professional Services personnel and Partners
• Assist project managers with project planning and scheduling

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills
• Ability to interpret and develop detailed network/system drawings
• Knowledge & experience of data communications concepts of network architecture, TCP/IP Protocol suite, SNMP, NTP, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge & experience with the following LAN technologies: Ethernet (10/100/1000/10G), VLANs, Spanning-Tree, and switching knowledge
• Knowledge & experience with VPN, IPSec, Routing Protocols/technologies
• Knowledge & experience with network management, OSS systems, Cellular & Cable technologies (PCMM, DOCSIS), Voice/Video/Data integration
• Knowledge & experience with hardware platforms and Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows XP, HP Rack-mount server & Server Blade platform
• Strong Knowledge/experience 3G & 4G Technologies: Diameter (RFC 3588)

protocol/applications/interfaces, LTE/EPC/IMS 3GPP architectures (PCRF, PCEF, MME, BBERF, CSCF, DRA, OCS, OFCS, HSS)
• Working knowledge of SS7 Signaling, SIGTRAN, GSM and UMTS protocols
• Knowledge & experience with SCTP, TLS, IPv4, IPv6
• Knowledge & Experience of subscriber database technologies: HLR, HSS, SPR, EIR, ENUM, AAA, SDS, MySQL, DB query/scripting
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with Field service experience in customer facing roles
• Ability to effectively deal with multiple activities, changing priorities, and proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Perform under pressure in critical situations
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, for domestic and international travel
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues
• Support other duties and responsibilities of the Design Support & Professional Services organization

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• BS required, MS preferred in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in implementation of large scale service provider network infrastructures
• 3+ years working in the services Architecture/Design/Consulting industry
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the telecommunications industry with specialization in IMS, LTE/EPC, Subscriber Data Management, and Policy systems preferable
• CCNP or equivalent IP networking certification preferred

• Hours for on-site delivery will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM Local Standard Time, Monday through Friday

OSS Broadband Network Solutions On Site Support Engineer, MX City

JOB DESCRIPTION
The On Site Support Engineer will be responsible for providing system administrative support after system cutover and answer any questions the customer’s system administrative staff may have. This service may also include hands on, informal training that is specific to the customer’s unique system implementation
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• On-site engineering support providing troubleshooting assistance on supplied, installed, and live-system hardware and software
• Assistance in management of our customer’s product issue resolution using their standard TAC and Level 3 call handling processes
• Review of standard system-generated reports and monitoring of system performance after the cutover
